Shipping

All orders are shipped from Italy within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Delivery costs are displayed after validating your basket and before selecting your payment method. Shipping is free within the European Union (EU). For other destinations, see below:

Duties, Customs and Taxes

Duties, customs, and taxes may be applied by your local government on top of the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the client. These are not included in the product price.

Returns

Giolì accepts returns of items in new condition—unused, undamaged, and in original packaging—within 30 days of the order’s ship date. International returns are accepted. Shipping, tax, customs, and import duties related to the return are the client’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

Return Procedure

To request a return, please email support@gioli.eu with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive shipping instructions and a return label. A refund will be issued after the item is received and accepted.

Pre-orders

Each edition is made in small batches. Since we often sell out, pre-orders are encouraged. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page.

Refund

You will receive an email once your return is processed. Refunds are made to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
